Fulfillment Process
Orders may ship from:
• Gregor’s Marine inventory when available
• Approved OEM distribution partners when faster or more efficient
This flexible fulfillment model allows us to deliver authentic OEM parts without compromising accuracy or dealer accountability.
All parts sold are new and genuine OEM unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible once placed. Processing time may vary based on:
• Product availability
• Manufacturer handling time
• Order volume
• Shipping destination
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
Shipping options and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Gregor’s Marine is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on:

• Shipping method selected
• Delivery location
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless Gregor’s Marine made an error with your order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Once an order leaves Gregor’s Marine or an approved OEM distribution partner, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
If your shipment arrives damaged:
• Retain all packaging materials
• Notify Gregor’s Marine within 48 hours of delivery
Lost or damaged shipments are subject to carrier investigation and claims procedures.
International and Non-Continental United States Shipping
Orders shipping outside the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations, may require additional handling.
• Shipping times may be extended
• Additional duties, taxes, or fees may apply
• Customers are responsible for all applicable import charges

Return Shipping

• Return shipments should be insured for full value
