The item must be uninstalled, unused, in resalable condition, in original packaging, and complete with all tags and manuals. Make sure to follow all directions in the Return Process outlined above. OEM and aftermarket parts may be returned to Gregors Marine within 60 days of receipt. When Gregors Marine has made an error, return shipping costs will be covered; otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When shipping returns, use a reputable carrier and insure the package for its full value. Gregors Marine is not responsible for lost returns.
Special conditions apply to returns outside the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international returns. Returns from outside the continental United States may require exceptions.
Although we are an authorized dealer for Mercury Marine, all sales are made directly by Gregors Marine, and not Mercury. The terms and conditions listed in this return policy are those of Gregors Marine, and not Mercury (with the exception of the terms and conditions contained within Mercury’s Limited Warranty). We provide our own facilities and customer service department to address and resolve all product exchanges, refunds, or return requirements.
Only ship items back to us after return request has been approved. Include the orginal order number on the box or a copy of the invoice inside it. Package items to prevent damage and it is reccomended to add insurance if items value is over $100. Once packaged securely, ship prepaid to:

No Returns on Electrical Items
All electrical and electronic items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Ignition components

Electrical modules, sensors, and control units

Wiring harnesses and electrical cables

Switches, relays, fuses, and electronic gauges

Trim, tilt, ECU, and computer-based components
Due to the sensitive nature of electrical parts and the inability to verify proper installation or handling once opened, no exceptions will be made.
Customers are responsible for confirming correct fitment and compatibility before placing an order.
Defective Electrical Items
If an electrical item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. All Defective parts must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Electrical items are not returnable to us for credit or exchange. If part is found to be defective and is covered under the manufacturers warranty Gregors Marine will reimburse shipping costs for return shipping and will cover shipping replacement back to you.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please allow three (3–5) business days for refunds to be processed following receipt of your return.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged packages are the responsibility of the delivering carrier. If you receive a damaged package, save the box and all packaging materials and notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Defective Products & Product Warranties
If you receive an item that is defective, please notify us immediately. As a seller of marine equipment, we purchase from several hundred manufacturers. Most manufacturers provide warranties for their products, copies of which are available upon request.
Gregors Marine does not offer or honor warranties, expressed or implied, other than those provided by the manufacturers. Gregors Marine does not assume responsibility or liability for the workmanship or use of products. However, as a courtesy to our customers, we will accept for return products sold by Gregors Marine that may appear defective.
Acceptance of such products by Gregors Marine does not constitute an admission of liability or validity of a claim and is done solely to assist customers and manufacturers. Products accepted under these conditions may be returned to the manufacturer or held for inspection for warranty consideration.
International Returns
For international returns, exceptions may apply. When Gregors Marine has made an error, return shipping costs will be covered; otherwise, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When shipping returns, use a reputable carrier and insure the package for its full value. Gregors Marine is not responsible for lost returns.
Closeouts
Closeout, discontinued, vintage, and special order items are sold as-is and cannot be canceled or returned.
Canceling an Order

We understand that certain situations may arise where an order or part of an order may need to be canceled. Gregors Marine works diligently to process orders as quickly as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If an order has not yet entered the fulfillment process, cancellation may be possible. If fulfillment has already begun, return instructions will be provided.
