The Mercury 9.9 HP outboard engine is a two cylinder four stroke outboard that delivers quiet, fuel efficient power with Mercury reliability. The Mercury 9.9 HP Outboard Model 9.9EH comes equipped with an electric start and a 15 inch short shaft, auto ratchet manual tilt, Mercury multi-function tiller control, and Mercury 3 year factory warranty.
